Once the order is confirmed, we issue an invoice, proforma invoice, and supply contract (if required).
Payment is available with or without VAT — for individual entrepreneurs (IE) and legal entities (LLP).
Immediately after payment, the order is shipped from our warehouses in Almaty or Khorgos.
For large orders, we provide delivery across the CIS by truck or rail transport.
